GRINDING

Ground while watching the deviation at 500×

We grind each tool while checking its deviation from the target with a 500× camera. Tools with tight tolerances are finished to within 1µm.

QUALITY

Quality control

On request, we measure every single bite strictly and deliver high-quality tools.

Longer cutting edgeLonger than conventional tools, for lower production cost.
About 50 regrindsCan be reground around 50 times — ideal for mass production.
High quality, low cost±1µm grinding at a competitive price.

MATERIALS

Materials

We offer tools in many materials. Our most requested is 91.8 HRA ultra-fine-grain carbide; we can also make tools in cermet, other carbides or your preferred material.

COATING

Coating comparison

We recommend coating when cutting steel, stainless or bearing steel (SUJ). Our standard recommendation is the hardest option, our main coating.

LASER MARKING

Damage-less laser marking

We mark clear, legible characters while keeping damage to the carbide tool to a minimum. Each marked serial number is linked to the tool's inspection data.
